<br />exterior display of merchandise at 2172 Lexington
<br />Avenue North be continued to the regular City council
<br />meeting of June 25, 1990. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />request for approval of a Special Use Permit for
<br />exterior display of merchandise at 2785 Hamline Avenue
<br />North be continued to the regular City Council meeting
<br />of June 25, 1990. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Thomas,
<br />Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that consideration of
<br />an ordinance amendment to implement design standards
<br />be continued to the regular city Council meeting of
<br />June 11, 1990. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Thomas,
<br />Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that a hearing
<br />regarding Lap's Liquors application for Off Sale
<br />Liquor License at 2717 Lexington Avenue be continued
<br />to the regular City Council meeting of July 9, 1990.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Kayo oil Com-
<br />pany's request for a Special Use Permit for exterior
<br />display of merchandise at 1583 County Road C be
<br />approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That the height of the display not exceed the
<br />bottom of the window.
<br />
<br />2. That the display should not protrude more than
<br />three feet out from the building.
<br />
<br />3. That the amount of outside storage not exceed
<br />sixty square feet.
<br />
<br />4. That the type of merchandise displayed be limited
<br />to pop, oil, automotive products, ice machine, and
<br />newspaper vending machines.
<br />
<br />5. That there be no merchandise displays between the
<br />handicap ramp and the front entrance.
