That the merchandise only be displayed between <br />normal business hours except for the ice machine <br />and newspaper vending machines. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and Rog. Nays: <br /> <br />Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, <br />None. <br /> <br />C-8 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Kayo oil <br />Company's request for approval of Special Use Permit <br />for exterior display of merchandise at 2815 Rice <br />Street be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the height of the display not extend to a <br />height higher than the bottom of the windows. <br /> <br />2. That the display not protrude more than two feet <br />out from the building. <br /> <br />3. That the displays be limited to forty square feet. <br /> <br />4. That the type of merchandise displayed be limited <br />to pop, oil, ice, newspapers, and other related <br />products. <br /> <br />5. That no displays inhibit handicap accessibility. <br /> <br />6. That no merchandise shall be left out after <br />business hours except the newspaper and ice <br />machines. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and Rog. Nays: <br /> <br />Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, <br />None. <br /> <br />F. <br />F-l <br /> <br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the Knights of <br />Columbus Council No. 4021 request for renewal of their <br />Class "A" gambling license at 2555 N. Snelling Avenue, <br />and waiving the sixty day waiting period be approved <br />with the provision that the license be reviewed in <br />three months to ensure the applicant is making accept- <br />able progress toward complying with state and local <br />requirements. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, <br />Cushman, and Rog. Nays: Thomas. <br /> <br />F-2 <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the Roseville <br />VFW Post No. 7555 request for renewal of their Class <br />"B" gambling license at 1145 Woodhill be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, <br />and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />F-3 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that an amendment to <br />the Development Agreement between the City of Rose- <br />ville and Rosepointe Limited Housing Partnership be <br />tabled. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, <br />Cushman, and Rag.
