<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Members absent: None.

<br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />A-1 Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that the minutes of MINUTES
<br />the regular meeting of May 29, 1990 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, Johnson,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B. CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent CONSENT
<br />Agenda, Items B-1, B-3 through B-5, B-11 and B-12 AGENDA
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman,
<br />Maschka, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the public KAHN'S LIMITED
<br />hearing concerning Kahn's Limited Partnership request
<br />for On Sale and Special Sunday Liquor Licenses at
<br />2720 Snelling Avenue be established for the regular
<br />City Council meeting of Monday, July 9. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-2 Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Leah O'Neal's LEAH O'NEAL
<br />request for a shoreline permit and variance to replace
<br />a deck (10 foot variance) and rebuild an above ground
<br />pool (27.83 foot variance) at 3170 Owasso Boulevard be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka,
<br />Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />B-3 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Bruce and Janet BRUCE AND
<br />Robb's request for a 13.5 foot minor variance to bring JANET ROBB
<br />their existing house at 1754 Millwood Avenue in com-
<br />pliance with the side street setback requirement and
<br />construct a new addition onto the rear of their house
<br />which would comply with all setback requirements be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka,
<br />Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />B-4 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the following MINOR
<br />minor variances be approved in accordance with the VARIANCES
<br />City's policy concerning minor variances for driveway
<br />setbacks:

<br />1. Gary Anderson request for a two foot variance at
<br />313 Elmer.
<br />
<br />2. Louis Lanoux request for a four foot variance at
<br />469 Crescent Lane.
<br />
<br />3. Lawrence Parizek request for a four foot variance
<br />at 2072 William.
