<br />B-10 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the following DONATIONS
<br />donations to the City of Roseville Parks and Recreation
<br />Department be approved:

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the Earnest
<br />Money Contracts for the following easements needed on
<br />1990 projects be approved and received, and directing
<br />staff to record said easements at Ramsey County:
<br />
<br />12-23-26, 12-23-22, 12-23-20, 12-23-13, 12-23-11,
<br />13-23-16, 13-23-17, and 13-23-40.

<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8578,
<br />ordering the feasibility study for the installation of
<br />ornamental street lights on Heinel Drive at Kent
<br />Street be adopted, and that after the Council has
<br />received the feasibility study, a meeting with all
<br />affected property owners shall be held. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that the City Manager
<br />be authorized to execute a lease for the gymnasium at
<br />Capitol View School with the Northeast Intermediate
<br />School District #916 for the period from September 17,
<br />1990 through May 3, 1991 at a rate of $14.84 per hour,
<br />for 847 hours, for a total lease of $12,569.48, with
<br />the monies for the lease taken from Recreation fees
<br />and charges. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman,
<br />Maschka, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the City Manager
<br />be authorized to notify Ramsey County to discontinue
<br />the contract for a Joint Naturalist position. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that a donation (up
<br />to $2,000) from Roseville V.F.W. Post No. 7555 for
<br />funding replacement of the Roseville Police Department
<br />canine be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman,
<br />Maschka, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.
