<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of June 11, 1990 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-5, B-7, B-9, B-11 and
<br />B-12, B-14, and B-17 through 19, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that Edward Mingo's
<br />request for a minor variance of 13.5 feet for the
<br />existing driveway and parking pad at 2040 Cohansey
<br />Boulevard be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas,
<br />Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that John Hamburger's
<br />request for a minor variance for driveway setback at
<br />2074 Cohansey Boulevard be approved at 15 feet instead
<br />of a 0 foot setback in order to provide a safer traffic
<br />situation and miss the catch basin. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that Harry Holm-
<br />quist's request for a minor variance of 12 feet, to
<br />allow the existing driveway at 2085 Marion street to
<br />remain at its present location, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that Charles Mottl's
<br />request for a minor variance of 23 feet, to locate a
<br />new garage 7 feet from the property line instead of
<br />the required 30 feet, at 1270 W. Ryan Avenue be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka,
<br />Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that Stanley Quist's
<br />request for a minor variance of 25 feet, to add small
<br />porch additions to the front and rear of the existing
<br />dwelling at 888 Lovell Avenue, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.
