<br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that Mary Walsh and
<br />Carol Henle's request for a minor variance of 12 feet
<br />for driveway setback at 241 Elmer street be approved
<br />without driveway width variance for a parking pad.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, Johnson,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that Eugene
<br />Priestley's request for a minor variance of 16 feet,
<br />to maintain the driveway at its existing location at
<br />345 Elmer, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas,
<br />Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Martin Saug-
<br />stad's request for a minor variance of 12 feet for a
<br />38 foot wide driveway at 269 N. McCarrons Boulevard be

<br />Money Contracts for the following easements needed on
<br />1990 projects be approved and received, and directing
<br />staff to record said easements at Ramsey County:
