Nays: None. <br /> <br />F-8 Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that an emergency STORM DAMAGE <br />appropriation from the Contingency Fund to finance tree CLEANUP <br />removal operations for storm damage cleanup caused by <br />the storm of July 8, 1990, in an amount not to exceed <br />$28,500, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, John- <br />son, Maschka, and Thomas.
