<br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that Ashbach Con-
<br />struction's request for a variance to the noise
<br />ordinance, section 207.020, paragraph D, to allow 24
<br />hour construction on 1990 Contract F between the dates
<br />of July 16 and October 1, 1990, for a maximum of 50
<br />hours during prohibited evening hours, for the segment
<br />of Fairview and from T.H. 36 to County Road B-2, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Maschka,
<br />and Thomas. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8587,
<br />declaring the costs to be assessed and ordering prep-
<br />aration of the assessment rolls on each of the follow-
<br />ing projects be adopted:

<br />P-ST-87-12, P-ST-87-17, P-89-02 #5, P-89-02 #7,
<br />P-89-02 #8, P-89-02 #64, P-89-02 #67, P-89-03,
<br />P-89-04, M-P-89-07, M-89-08, ST-89-09, P-89-10,
<br />UL-89-11, P-SS-W-89-13, ST-89-15, and ST-89-19.

<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and
<br />Thomas. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that the assessment
<br />hearings for the above mentioned projects be estab-
<br />lished for the regular city Council meeting of
<br />August 13 and a Special Council meeting to be held
<br />on Tuesday, August 14. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Maschka, and Thomas. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that Resolution 8588,
<br />receiving a feasibility report on Project No. 90-16,
<br />Lincoln Drive construction--Terrace Drive to County
<br />Road C-2, and County Road C-2 construction--Lincoln
<br />Drive to Snelling Avenue, including intersection
<br />improvements at snelling Avenue and County Road C-2,
<br />be adopted and scheduling a public improvement hearing
<br />for the regular City Council meeting of July 23, 1990.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and
<br />Thomas. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that the City Manager
<br />be authorized to execute a Developer's Agreement with
<br />Lincoln Properties. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, John-
<br />son, Maschka, and Thomas. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that preparation of
<br />a grant application for a Clean Water Partnership Pro-
<br />gram grant be approved, and authorizing expenditures
<br />of up to $6,000 for completion of the grant applica-
<br />tion. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, and Maschka.
