Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-4 <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that Gerald Richard's <br />request for site plan approval for an Olive Garden <br />Restaurant at 1525 W. County Road C be approved with <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the handicapped parking stalls be moved to <br />the northwesterly parking area adjacent to the <br />entrance. <br /> <br />2. That the parapet wall screen the view of roof top <br />mechanical units from street level. <br /> <br />3. That the project be developed as shown on the sub- <br />mitted plans dated June 22, 1990, including colors. <br /> <br />4.
