C-5 Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Marna Mellberg's MARNA request for vacation of a drainage easement at 1220 MELLBERG Josephine Road be approved with the following condi- tions: 1. That a twenty foot utility and drainage easement be retained by the city along the north property line (along Josephine Road). 2. That a five foot utility easement be retained by the city along the south property line (rear). Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. C-6 Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that Mark Conway's CLARK OIL request for a Special Use Permit for outside storage STATION and merchandising at the Clark Oil station at 2150 Lexington Avenue be approved with the following condi- tions: 1. That any new structure has to come back for City approval. 2. That merchandise carts only be displayed during business hours. 3. That the display locations are marked on the side- walk. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. C-7 Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that Dominium Group's request for a Special Use Permit at 2231 Rice Street be denied based on the traffic problems and congestion caused by the development. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka and Thomas. Nays: Johnson and Rog. Motion failed. DOMINIUM GROUP Johnson moved, Rog seconded, that Dominium Group's request for a Special Use Permit at 2231 Rice street be continued to the regular City council meeting of August 13, 1990. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.
