Richard Kettler/Mel Buesseler request for rezoning <br />at 1023 Parker Avenue. <br /> <br />4. Joseph Linton request for Special Use Permit for <br />expansion of an automobile repair use and to allow <br />rental of vehicles on the site at 2989 Rice Street. <br /> <br />5. City of Roseville request for variance for the golf <br />course parking lot at 2323 Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />6. City of Roseville request for variances at 1140 <br />Woodhill Drive. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and Rog. Nays: <br /> <br />Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, Johnson, <br />None. <br /> <br />B-6 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the Roseville <br />Community Band be authorized to organize a trip to <br />Austria in July, 1992, providing that all expenses are <br />paid for by the Band members. The Band would be <br />responsible for all liabilities, except for that of <br />City of Roseville instruments and liability while <br />actually playing in an event sanctioned concert. The <br />Council also approved fund raising by the Band for the <br />trip. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, <br />Johnson, and Rog. <br /> <br />B-7 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that the following <br />donations to the City of Roseville be approved: <br /> <br />1.
