<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the slogan sub-
<br />mitted by Joel Meyer, "Roseville - Where People Make
<br />the Difference" be adopted as the official slogan of
<br />the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Cushman, Thomas, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that the Earnest Money
<br />Contracts for easements needed on 1990 projects be
<br />approved, receiving the signed Easement Numbers 10-22-
<br />33, 13-11-13A, 13-11-14A, 13-11-14B, 13-11-14C, and
<br />13-23-18, and directing staff to record said easements
<br />at Ramsey County. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman,
<br />Thomas, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8595,
<br />authorizing Short, Elliott, Hendrickson to submit the
<br />Langton Lake Clean Water Partnership application for
<br />the City of Roseville, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, Johnson, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8596,
<br />appointing Election Judges and Alternate Judges for
<br />the Primary Election of September 11, 1990 and the
<br />General Election of November 6, 1990, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, Johnson,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8597,
<br />authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with
<br />the Department of Public Safety for Deputy Registrar
<br />computer access, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, Johnson, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that Rotary membership
<br />for the City Manager be approved, and authorizing the
<br />expenditure of City funds in the amount of $800 to be
<br />paid from the Contingency Account. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, Johnson, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.
