<br />D-1 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that a work session COUNCIL WORK
<br />be established for Wednesday, August 22, 1990, at SESSION
<br />5:00 p.m., to be held at Roseville City Hall, for the
<br />purpose of conducting the routine evaluation of the
<br />performance of the city Manager. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, Johnson, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that the Olive Garden
<br />Italian Restaurant request for On Sale and Special
<br />Sunday Liquor Licenses at 1525 County Road C be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Thomas, Johnson,
<br />and Rog. Nays: Maschka.

<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Advanced Design
<br />Inc.'s request for final plat at 2284 Old Highway 8 be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas,
<br />Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Dominium Group's
<br />request for a Special Use Permit at 2231 Rice Street
<br />be approved without vehicular access to Minnesota
<br />Street. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka and Thomas. Nays:
<br />Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Motion failed.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Dominium Group's
<br />request for a Special Use Permit at 2231 Rice Street
<br />be continued to the regular City Council meeting of
<br />August 27, 1990, for the purpose of addressing the
<br />issue of the number of units included in the develop-
<br />ment. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, and Rog.
<br />Nays: Maschka and Thomas.

<br />Johnson moved, Rog seconded, that a resolution
<br />ordering Improvement P-90-16, construction of Lincoln
<br />Drive from Terrace Drive to County Road C-2 and County
<br />Road C-2 from Lincoln Drive to Snelling Avenue be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson and Rog. Nays:
<br />Maschka, Cushman, and Thomas. Motion failed.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that a resolution
<br />ordering Improvement P-90-16, construction of Lincoln
<br />Drive from Terrace Drive to County Road C-2 and County
<br />Road C-2 from Lincoln Drive to Snelling Avenue be
<br />continued to the regular City Council meeting of
<br />September 10, 1990. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
