<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that release of a
<br />pathway easement over the south 15 feet of the west
<br />182.57 feet of Lot 9, Block 1, Hillsborough No.3
<br />Addition be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,

<br />for apportionment of assessments on the requested
<br />divisions of property by Ramsey County: Division No.
<br />DA062730 and Division No. DA062780, be adopted. Roll

<br />None.

<br />No. 1 for 1990 Contract C, for the extension of fif-
<br />teen days bringing the total number of working days to

<br />City Council meeting of September 10, 1990. Roll

<br />an ordinance amendment to allow marinas as a special
<br />use in an R-l zoning district be continued to the
<br />regular City Council meeting of September 24, 1990.
