<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Super America's
<br />request for a Special Use Permit for outside storage
<br />and merchandising at 2785 Hamline Avenue be approved
<br />with the following conditions:

<br />1. That outside merchandise displays be conducted
<br />according to the plans submitted with the addition
<br />of a second ice machine on the northeast corner of
<br />the building.

<br />2. That the height of the display be no more than five
<br />feet.

<br />3. That merchandise be displayed only during normal
<br />business hours.
<br />

<br />request for signage for the Olive Garden Restaurant at RESTAURANT
<br />1525 W. County Road C be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Thomas moved, Rog seconded, that Gerald Richard's
<br />request for signage for the Olive Garden Restaurant at
<br />1525 W. County Road C be continued to the September
<br />10, 1990 regular City Council meeting. Roll Call,

<br />request for a Special Use Permit at 2231 Rice Street
<br />be continued to the regular meeting of September 10,

<br />C-8 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8600, RESOLUTION
<br />approving the assessment rolls for Projects ST-87-17, 8600
<br />P-89-02 #5, P-89-03, P-89-04, PM-89-07, M-89-08, ST-89-
<br />09, ST-89-15, and ST-89-19 be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.
