<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Minnesota Sol-
<br />vents and Chemical Corporation's request for extension
<br />of the time period to complete paving and drainage
<br />pond improvements at 2340 Rose Place until July 1,
<br />1991, be approved with the condition that the existing
<br />construction bond in the amount of $70,000 be extended
<br />to July 1, 1991. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman,
<br />Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />commence specific goals and objectives with respect
<br />to the Comprehensive Plan be approved. Roll Call,

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8610,
<br />approving the proposed annual budget for the Fiscal
<br />Year beginning January 1, 1991 and ending December 31,
<br />1991, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes Maschka, Cushman,
<br />Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8611, RESOLUTION
<br />certifying a proposed tax levy to the County Auditor 8611
<br />for collection during 1991 for the purpose of operat-
<br />ing the City of Roseville, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8612, RESOLUTION
<br />directing the County Auditor to adjust the tax levy 8612
<br />for General obligation Improvement Bonds, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that a public hearing
<br />for the tax levy be established on November 19, 1990,
<br />at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, and if necessary,
<br />be reconvened on December 17, 1990, at the same time
<br />and place. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.
