<br />Roseville city council Minutes <br />August 27, 1990 <br /> <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />F-5 Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that Frank and Helen FRANK AND <br />Line's request for a lot division at 3063 N. victoria HELEN LINE <br />street be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That ten feet of additional right-of-way be <br />dedicated along victoria street. <br /> <br />2. That all assessments be paid. <br /> <br />3. That an additional sanitary sewer service be <br />installed for the new lot. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />F-6 Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Dr. David Rothen- DR. DAVID <br />berger's request for a shoreline building permit and ROTHENBERGER <br />thirty foot variance to convert a portion of an <br />existing screen porch into additional dining space and <br />construct an addition onto the west side of the dwell- <br />ing at 445 Turnstone Court be approved. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />F-7 Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that Hugh Maynard's HUGH MAYNARD <br />request for side yard setback variance and shoreline <br />setback variance for the Rosewood Estates project at <br />2750 victoria street be approved with the finding that <br />the developer and owner made mistakes in good faith <br />that caused the building to be located intruding on <br />side yard and shoreline setbacks. Also, the intru- <br />sion into the required setbacks posed no adverse <br />impacts on adjoining properties and were very minor <br />in nature. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, <br />Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />F-8 Item F-S became Item C-8 under Hearings on the Agenda. <br /> <br />F-9 Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that the feasibility PROJECT NO. <br />report for Cleveland Avenue from Larpenteur to County P-SW-ST-90-07 <br />Road B, Project No. P-SW-ST-90-07, street, pathway, <br />and storm sewer improvement, selecting roadway design <br />width of 48 feet, and authorizing Ramsey County <br />Engineering staff to proceed to the next phase of the <br />project which is preliminary engineering design, be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, <br />and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />F-I0 Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8609, RESOLUTION <br />approving the neighborhoods 44 (west half) 45, 56, 8609 <br />57, and 68 for 1991 street reconstruction and author- <br />izing the preparation of feasibility studies for City <br />Projects P-91-02 and P-90-03, be adopted. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. <br />
