Roseville city council Minutes August 27, 1990 Page 6 F-5 Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that Frank and Helen FRANK AND Line's request for a lot division at 3063 N. victoria HELEN LINE street be approved with the following conditions: 1. That ten feet of additional right-of-way be dedicated along victoria street. 2. That all assessments be paid. 3. That an additional sanitary sewer service be installed for the new lot. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. F-6 Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Dr. David Rothen- DR. DAVID berger's request for a shoreline building permit and ROTHENBERGER thirty foot variance to convert a portion of an existing screen porch into additional dining space and construct an addition onto the west side of the dwell- ing at 445 Turnstone Court be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. F-7 Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that Hugh Maynard's HUGH MAYNARD request for side yard setback variance and shoreline setback variance for the Rosewood Estates project at 2750 victoria street be approved with the finding that the developer and owner made mistakes in good faith that caused the building to be located intruding on side yard and shoreline setbacks. Also, the intru- sion into the required setbacks posed no adverse impacts on adjoining properties and were very minor in nature. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. F-8 Item F-S became Item C-8 under Hearings on the Agenda. F-9 Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that the feasibility PROJECT NO. report for Cleveland Avenue from Larpenteur to County P-SW-ST-90-07 Road B, Project No. P-SW-ST-90-07, street, pathway, and storm sewer improvement, selecting roadway design width of 48 feet, and authorizing Ramsey County Engineering staff to proceed to the next phase of the project which is preliminary engineering design, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. F-I0 Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8609, RESOLUTION approving the neighborhoods 44 (west half) 45, 56, 8609 57, and 68 for 1991 street reconstruction and author- izing the preparation of feasibility studies for City Projects P-91-02 and P-90-03, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.
