<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Thomas Theisen/
<br />Welsh Company request for a Special Use Permit for an
<br />amusement room at the Welsh Crossroads Shopping Center
<br />at 1655 County Road B-2 be continued to the regular
<br />City Council meeting of October 22, 1990. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, and Rog.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Joseph Linton's
<br />request for a Special Use Permit for the expansion of
<br />an automobile repair use and to allow rental of
<br />vehicles on the site at 2989 Rice Street be continued
<br />to the regular City Council meeting of October 22,
<br />1990. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Maschka,
<br />Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that consideration of
<br />an ordinance amendment to allow marinas as a special
<br />use in an R-1 zoning district be discontinued. Roll

<br />Rog.
