HALVER- an amended PUD at 2075 Snelling Avenue be approved SON with the following conditions: 1. That detailed emergency access plans be sub- mitted. 2. That the approved exterior materials be changed from cedar to vinyl covered metal with metal soffits. 3. That a revised landscape plan be submitted for staff approval. 4. That a fence be included in the plans. Roll Call, Ayes: and Rog. Nays: Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, None. D. ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS D-1 Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that the Council WORK SESSION Breakfast Work Session scheduled for October 2 be rescheduled to October 12, beginning at 7:30 a.m. at the Midland Hills Golf Course for the purpose of meeting with the District 623 School Board. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. F. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS F-1 Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the requests GAMBLING for Class A gambling permits by three organizations, LICENSES Midway Skating Club, Roseville Area Youth Hockey Association, and the Roseville Central Park Founda- tion, be denied, and that the City Council shall, by November 26, 1990, evaluate the matter of granting multiple licenses at any single location in Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, and Thomas. Nays: Rog. F-2 Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that Leonard LEONARD Eichten's request for a lot division at 1974 Hamline EICHTEN Avenue be approved with the following conditions: 1. That a driveway turnaround be constructed on the new lot. 2. That ten feet of additional right-of-way be dedicated for Hamline Avenue. 3. That additional water and sewer hookups be provided for the new site.
