Gordon Fenner request for vacation of a portion of <br />Owasso Boulevard South. <br /> <br />3. Midland Hills Country Club request for vacation of <br />a portion of Ryan AVenue. <br /> <br />4. Tanurb request for special Use Permit for an <br />amended site plan to allow the construction of two <br />monument signs at the Rosedale Commons Shopping <br />Center at 2480 Fairview Avenue North. <br /> <br />5. Tanurb request for an amended Special Use Permit <br />for site plan approval at the Rosedale Commons <br />Shopping Center at 2480 Fairview Avenue North. <br /> <br />6. John Palmer/South Oaks Partnership request for <br />variance at 1080 W. County Road D. <br /> <br />7. Ordinance amendment to allow interim use of <br />properties. <br /> <br />8.
