<br />HEARINGS
<br />Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that Richard Kettler/
<br />Mel Buesseler's request for rezoning from R-1 to R-2
<br />at 1023 Parker Avenue be continued to the regular City
<br />Council meeting of October 22, 1990, and that the City
<br />Attorney be directed to draft findings of fact. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that an evaluation of
<br />the current policies concerning rezonings to R-2 be
<br />included as part of the review of the housing element
<br />of the Comprehensive Plan. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that Cellars Wine and
<br />Spirits of Roseville, Inc. application for Off-Sale
<br />Liquor License at 1615 County Road C be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, Cushman,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that the public
<br />improvement hearing for city Project RW-P-90-16 be
<br />continued to the regular City Council meeting of
<br />December 10, 1990. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, John-
<br />son, Thomas, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that the "Yard Waste
<br />Management for Roseville" report be accepted, and
<br />that a Thank You be extended to the Waste Management
<br />Advisory Committee for their efforts and dedication.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, Cushman,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that a work session
<br />be established for Wednesday, October 10, 1990, at
<br />7:30 a.m., to be held at Roseville City Hall, for the
<br />purpose of conducting the routine evaluation of the
<br />performance of the City Manager. Roll Call, Ayes:
