<br />Superior Steelhead Association's application for a one LICENSE
<br />day (February 9, 1991), off site gambling permit at
<br />the Lido Italian Ristorante, 2801 Snelling Avenue N.,
<br />Roseville, Minnesota, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8620,
<br />authorizing the City to enter into a cooperative
<br />agreement with the Office of Drug Policy for imple-
<br />mentation of the MCADs grant project, be adopted.

<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that the City
<br />Attorney be instructed to prepare a change in City
<br />Code under "Use of Parks and Playgrounds," section
<br />89.030., certain conduct or activitv prohibited,
<br />for consideration at the October 22, 1990 City Council
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Thomas,
<br />Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8621,
<br />receiving the petition for local improvement on
<br />Terrace Drive from Fairview Avenue to Lincoln Drive
<br />be adopted, and ordering the feasibility study to be
<br />prepared. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Thomas,
<br />Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that North Star
<br />State's proposal for the City's general banking needs
<br />for the fiscal years of 1991 and 1992 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, Cushman,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that the lawful
<br />gambling enforcement budget be revised from $8,355 to
<br />$40,355 for 1990, and authorizing staff additions of
<br />one full-time data analyst/coordinator combination and
<br />one-half time clerk. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, John-
<br />son, Thomas, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />OTHER BUSINESS
<br />Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that the City Council
<br />work session scheduled for Monday, October 15, 1990,
<br />shall begin at 12:00 Noon in the Roseville City Hall.
