<br />Regular meeting of the City Council - November 13, 1990.

<br />The city Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and
<br />Rog. Members absent: None.
<br />
<br />Edith Kittelsen, of the Motor Vehicle Department, was pre-
<br />sented with a Special Quality Award for outstanding service
<br />by the Minnesota Council for Quality.
<br />
<br />Sonia Bjorgen, on behalf of Mounds View Public Schools
<br />Independent School District 621, presented the City of
<br />Roseville with a "Celebrate Learning" flag.

<br />A-I Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of MINUTES
<br />the regular meeting of October 22, 1990 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None. Abstain: Johnson, because he was not
<br />present.

<br />B-1 Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that a proclamation, PROCLAMATION
<br />proclaiming November 11 - 17, 1990 as American Educa-
<br />tion Week, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />B-2 Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that a public DELORES
<br />hearing, for the purpose of considering the Delores DELAITTRE
<br />deLaittre application for On Sale and Special Sunday APPLICATION
<br />Liquor Licenses at 2100 Snelling Avenue, be established
<br />for the December 10, 1990 regular City Council meeting.

<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />struction Inc. request for a shoreline permit and
<br />variance to lakeshore setback to remodel and update
<br />the existing home at 3098 Hamline Avenue be approved.

<br />feet, to remove the non-conforming status of the
<br />existing garage on the property, at 3098 Hamline
