Duane and Mary Ann Betts request for a 5 foot <br />variance at 3038 W. Owasso Boulevard. <br /> <br />2. John and Bonnie Traver request for a 5 foot <br />variance at 3030 W. Lebens Flower and Greenhouse request for a Special <br />Use Permit for outside display and merchandising <br />at 1021 W. Larpenteur Avenue. <br /> <br />3. Pope Associates Inc. request for Special Use <br />Permit for motor vehicle related use and division <br />of platted lot at 2330 County Road C. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-8 Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that release of ease- RELEASE OF <br />ment, Document Number 416239, dated April 7, 1960 be EASEMENT <br />approved and staff be authorized to record the release <br />of easement at Ramsey County. Roll Call, Ayes: John- <br />son, Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-9 Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the Earnest EARNEST MONEY <br />Money Contract for easement needed on 1990 Project CONTRACT <br />Easement No. 13-13-37 be approved, and staff be <br />directed to record said easement at Ramsey County. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, <br />and Rog.
