<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />November 26, 1990 <br /> <br />5. That the safety and negative impact on adjacent <br />property owners is a factor. <br /> <br />6. That increased vandalism in the immediate area <br />is a major consideration. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-6 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that Suburban True <br />Value Hardware's request for Special Use Permit for <br />outside sales and display of merchandise at 1930 N. <br />Lexington Avenue be approved with the following condi- <br />tions: <br /> <br />1. That the hours of outside display and the type of <br />equipment displayed be as described in the <br />applicant's letter dated September 14, 1990. <br /> <br />2. That the storage occur as shown on the plans <br />dated September 14, 1990. <br /> <br />3. That the height of the displays not exceed 5 feet. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and Rog. Nays: <br /> <br />Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, <br />None. <br /> <br />C-7 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8629, <br />vacating a portion of Ryan Avenue South, and retaining <br />an easement for a public pathway on the south 15 feet <br />of the property to be vacated, be adopted. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-g <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that discussion of <br />ordinance amendments to allow interim use of prop- <br />erties be continued to the Special City Council <br />meeting of Wednesday, January 9, at 5:30 p.m., and <br />that the public hearing to consider the amendments be <br />continued to the regular City Council meeting of <br />January 14, 1991. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, <br />Thomas, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-g <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that Restaurant Enter- <br />tainment Group, Inc. application for On Sale and <br />Special Sunday Liquor Licenses at 1655 County Road B- <br />2 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, <br />Thomas, Maschka, and Rog.
