<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the Mayor and
<br />city Manager be authorized to sign the addendum to the
<br />Northwest Suburban Youth Service Bureau. Roll Call,
<br />Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays:

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that a public hearing
<br />be established for the meeting of January 14, 1991, to
<br />consider On Sale and Special Sunday Liquor License
<br />renewals for the Restaurant Entertainment Group, Inc.
<br />at 1655 County Road B-2. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas,
<br />Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that st. Agnes
<br />School's application for renewal of their Class B
<br />premise permit to conduct lawful gambling at the Ol'
<br />Mexico restaurant in Roseville be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that Pope Associates,
<br />Inc. request for withdrawal of application for Special
<br />Use Permit for motor vehicle related use and division
<br />of a platted lot at 2330 County Road C be approved.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that tax forfeited
<br />park land, adjacent to the Zeece property at 202 w.
<br />County Road B, be designated as excess property. Roll

<br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that Steve and Trottie
<br />Zeece's request for preliminary plat approval at 202
