Roseville City Council Minutes December 10, 1990 Page 3 C-3 Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that Tanurb Develop- ment's request for Special Use Permit for amended site plan and variance to allow the construction of two monument signs at the Rosedale Commons Shopping Center at 2480 Fairview Avenue North be approved with the following conditions: TANURB DEVELOPMENT 1. That no new pylon signs be added. 2. That the applicant develop and present a complete uniform sign criteria for the shopping center, including wall signage and including wall signage and including letter styles, color, font style and letter size to the Planning commission and City Council within six months. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: Cushman. C-4 Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that B-Dale Amoco's B-DALE request for a Special Use Permit for outside display AMOCO and merchandising at 2164 North Dale Street, based on the plan submitted to the Planning Commission on Dec- ember 5, 1990 with the change that the tire rack could be up to 6.5 feet high, be approved with the following condition: 1. That the area between the store and gas pumps be striped for "No Parking" to be used for pedestrian access. Roll Call, Ayes: and Rog. Nays: Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, None. C-5 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Lebens Flowers, Inc. request for Special Use Permit for outside dis- play and merchandising at 1021 West Larpenteur be approved based on the plan submitted to the Planning Commission on December 5, 1990. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. LEBENS FLOWERS, INC. C-6 Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that Pasquales Res- PASQUALES taurant's application for renewal of a wine license at RESTAURANT 254 Rosedale Center be approved with the condition that all required application items be submitted prior to the issuance of the license. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.
