<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />December 10, 1990 <br /> <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />C-3 <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that Tanurb Develop- <br />ment's request for Special Use Permit for amended site <br />plan and variance to allow the construction of two <br />monument signs at the Rosedale Commons Shopping Center <br />at 2480 Fairview Avenue North be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />TANURB <br />DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />1. That no new pylon signs be added. <br /> <br />2. That the applicant develop and present a complete <br />uniform sign criteria for the shopping center, <br />including wall signage and including wall signage <br />and including letter styles, color, font style and <br />letter size to the Planning commission and City <br />Council within six months. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, and Rog. <br />Nays: Cushman. <br /> <br />C-4 Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that B-Dale Amoco's B-DALE <br />request for a Special Use Permit for outside display AMOCO <br />and merchandising at 2164 North Dale Street, based on <br />the plan submitted to the Planning Commission on Dec- <br />ember 5, 1990 with the change that the tire rack <br />could be up to 6.5 feet high, be approved with the <br />following condition: <br /> <br />1. That the area between the store and gas pumps be <br />striped for "No Parking" to be used for pedestrian <br />access. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and Rog. Nays: <br /> <br />Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, <br />None. <br /> <br />C-5 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Lebens Flowers, <br />Inc. request for Special Use Permit for outside dis- <br />play and merchandising at 1021 West Larpenteur be <br />approved based on the plan submitted to the Planning <br />Commission on December 5, 1990. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />LEBENS <br />FLOWERS, INC. <br /> <br />C-6 Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that Pasquales Res- PASQUALES <br />taurant's application for renewal of a wine license at RESTAURANT <br />254 Rosedale Center be approved with the condition <br />that all required application items be submitted prior <br />to the issuance of the license. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: <br />None. <br />
