<br />C-3 Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that steve and STEVE AND
<br />Trottie Zeece's request for preliminary plat at 202 W. TROTTIE ZEECE
<br />County Road B be approved with the condition that the
<br />final plat be submitted which includes the parcel to
<br />the west and which provides future vehicle and pedes-
<br />trian access from the cul-de-sac to the park land.
<br />Access to be between Lots 11 and 12, 60 feet wide,
<br />leaving the same number of lots in the plat, details to
<br />be worked out with staff. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Rog moved that the park land be retained. Motion died
<br />for lack of a second.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that a public hearing
<br />to consider steve and Trottie Zeece's request for
<br />final plat approval at 202 W. County Road B be estab-
<br />lished for the regular city Council meeting of February
<br />25, 1991. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Thomas,
<br />Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />C-4 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8646, RESOLUTION
<br />ordering Projects P-91-02, Neighborhood 56 street re- 8646
<br />construction, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8647, RESOLUTION
<br />Project P-91-02, Neighborhood 68 street reconstruc- 8647
<br />tion, Alternate No.2, Alta Vista/Dale Court inter-
<br />section and elimination of proposed northbound left
<br />turn at Alta Vista and Dale, and ST-91-08, Neighbor-
<br />hood 68 storm sewer, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.
