D-2 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that the 1991 Stand- ing Rules of Procedure for the Roseville City Council be adopted with the following change under RULE 1. STANDING RULES OF PROCEDURE Reqular Meetinqs. Add Regular work sessions shall be held on the first Tuesdav of everv month at 7:30 a.m., and on the third Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None. D-3 Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that a work session WORK SESSION be established after February 6, 1991, in the Rose- ville City Hall for the purpose of interviewing appli- cants for the Rosevil1e Ethics Commission.
