ITEMS REMOVED FROM CONSENT AGENDA <br />(Deferred from B-3) <br />G-1 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Louie Lutz's LOUIE LUTZ <br />request for minor variances at 328 Minnesota Avenue, <br />to allow him to remove an existing nonconforming 1-1/2 <br />car garage and replace it with a 3 car garage, be <br />approved with the condition that the driveway be paved <br />up to the right-of-way immediately and that all of the <br />driveway be paved within five years.
