<br />requesting the Metropolitan Council HRA to apply for 8694
<br />and implement a Deferred Loan Program within the city
<br />of Roseville, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that the public hear-
<br />ing for Father Robert Nygaard/Corpus Christi request
<br />for final plat at 2131 N. Fairview Avenue be scheduled
<br />for the regular city Council meeting of August 12,
<br />1991. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka,
<br />Johnson, and Rag. Nays: None.

<br />C-6 Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Ordinance 1096, ORDINANCE
<br />clarifying the permitting requirements for the use and 1096
<br />development of land within shore land areas be adopted.
