<br />F-3 Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that EI Torito's Ap- EL TORITO
<br />plication for Temporary Endorsement for outside Sales
<br />and consumption of Liquor at 1925 W. Perimeter Drive
<br />in conjunction with a planned outdoor event on August
<br />17, 1991, from 12:00 Noon to 12:30 a.m. be approved
<br />with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That the applicant arrange for additional parking
<br />to the north.
<br />
<br />2. That the outside speakers be turned off at
<br />10:00 p.m.
<br />
<br />3. That the security arrangements be approved by the
<br />Police Chief.

<br />Report for County Road D and Cleveland Avenue Improve-
<br />ments, P-SW-91-11, be approved as amended on July 11,
<br />1991, and authorizing Ramsey County to complete project
<br />plans, specifications, and necessary cooperative
<br />financing agreements. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, and Rag. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that Resolution 8695,
<br />imposing parking restrictions on the east side of
<br />Harnline Avenue from Larpenteur Avenue to County Road
<br />B, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Thomas, and
<br />Johnson. Nays: Maschka and Rog.

<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8696,
<br />approving Neighborhoods 2, 3, 9, 25, 49, 54, 62, 63,
<br />66, 71, 72 and 73 as part of the 1992 Pavement Manage-
<br />ment Program be adopted, and authorizing the prepara-
<br />tion of feasibility studies for city Projects P-92-02,
<br />P-92-03, P-92-04, P-92-05, P-92-06, P-92-07, P-92-08,
<br />and P-92-09. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Thomas,
<br />Maschka, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.
