Members absent: <br />Johnson and Thomas. <br /> <br />A. <br />A-I <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />B-1 <br /> <br />B-2 <br /> <br />B-3 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of <br />the regular meeting of July 22, 1991 be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the Consent <br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-11, be approved. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Shannon Osorio's <br />request for a minor variance, to allow the replacement <br />of an existing nonconforming garage at its existing <br />location, one and one-half feet from the side property <br />line at 824 W. County Road B, be approved. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Michael Schlos- <br />ser's request for a minor variance, to construct a <br />new detached garage such that approximately half of <br />the garage (12 feet) would be located in a side yard <br />and the remainder would be located in the rear yard <br />at 2056 Dale street, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Mark and Eliza- <br />beth VanGuilder's request for a minor variance, to <br />construct an addition to their house with a 5 foot <br />setback instead of the required 10 feet at 658 Terrace <br />Drive, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, <br />and Rog. Salvador Mendez request for a 2 foot variance at <br />285 W. County Road B. <br /> <br />2. Donald Phillips request for a 2 foot variance at <br />283 W.
