Roseville city Council Minutes August 12, 1991 B-5 B-6 B-7 B-8 Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the City Manager be authorized to enter into a Purchase Agreement for the Great Dane parcel at 1905 W. County Road C. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that El Torito's Ap- plication for Temporary Endorsement for outside Sales and Consumption of Liquor at 1925 W. Perimeter Drive, on Saturday, September 14, 1991, from 12:00 Noon to 12:30 a.m. be approved with the following conditions: 1. That the applicant arrange for additional parking to the north. 2. That the outside speakers be turned off at 10:00 p.m. 3. That the security plan be approved by the Police Chief. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that a public hearing be established for the regular city Council meeting of September 9, 1991 for the purpose of considering Tom Kane's Application for On Sale and Special Sunday Liquor Licenses at 2100 North Snelling Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the following Earnest Money Contracts and easements be approved, and staff be directed to record said easements at Ramsey County: 1. Whitehouse Health Care Center, 563 County Road B, Easement No. 12-33-16, in the amount of $3,840.00, and Easement No. 12-33-17, in the amount of $4,080.00. 2. Prudential Insurance Company of America, 535 Sand- hurst Drive, Easement No. 12-33-17, in the amount of $540.00. 3. Leonard and Genevieve VanDenBoom, 170 County Road B, Easement 13-11-04, in the amount of $1,400.00 Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.
