<br />Norwest Corporation request for a sign setback vari-
<br />ance at 171 Lexington Avenue be continued to the
<br />regular city council meeting of September 23, 1991.

<br />projects for the 1992 Park Improvement Program be
<br />approved, to be funded from the $250,000 proposed for
<br />the 1992 Recreation Improvements Fund of the 1992
<br />Budget. No city funds will be expended until after
<br />January 1, 1992, and following approval of the 1992
<br />Budget.
