<br />Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that Resolution 8704,
<br />approving and certifying the proposed annual tax levy
<br />for the Fiscal Year beginning January 1, 1992 and
<br />ending December 31, 1992 to the County Auditor, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that Resolution 8705,
<br />approving the proposed 1992 Annual Budget, be adopted.

<br />Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that Resolution 8706,
<br />approving the adjustment to the Debt Service Levy, be

<br />Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that a Truth In Taxa-
<br />tion hearing be scheduled for the regular City council
<br />meeting of December 9, 1991, at 7:30 p.m., with the
<br />continuation hearing date scheduled for December 18,
<br />1991, at 5:30 p.m. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8707,
<br />declaring the official intent of the City to reimburse
<br />certain expenditures for special assessment projects
<br />from bond proceeds to be issued by the City, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that the bid for the
<br />supply of 10,000 curbside recycling containers be
<br />awarded to Shamrock Industries, Inc. in the low bid
<br />amount of $5.50/ 21.0 gallon container. The City'S
<br />portion to the cost will be $28,000, and will be funded
<br />through the Permanent Improvement Fund. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.
