<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL
<br />members present: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, and Rog.

<br />Fire Chief Joel Hewitt and members of the Roseville Hazard- HAZ MAT TEAM
<br />ous Material Response Team were recognized for successfully
<br />completing 210 hours of specialized training.

<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of August 26, 1991 be approved.

<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-6, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded that Brian Kinder's
<br />request for minor variance at 1347 Burke Avenue, to
<br />construct a second driveway onto Burke Avenue set
<br />back 15 feet from the Hamline Avenue right-of-way
<br />instead of the required 30 feet, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8709,
<br />appointing Election Judges and Alternate Judges for
<br />the Primary Election of September 24 and the General
<br />Election of November 5, 1991, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that the City Attorney
<br />be instructed to prepare an ordinance providing for
<br />Temporary On Sale Nonintoxicating Malt Liquor Licenses
<br />in Central Park. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Maschka,
<br />Thomas, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that the attached
<br />Corporate Licenses be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.
