<br />contract for City Project 91-04, Terrace Drive improve-
<br />ments, Lincoln to Fairview, in the amount of $541,342,
<br />to be paid from M.S.A.,special assessment, utility, and
<br />tax increment funds be approved, and authorizing is-
<br />suance of notice to proceed to Frattalone Excavating
<br />to begin work on the Terrace Drive project. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: Thomas.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Rottlund Com-
<br />pany, Inc./Concordia Academy request for final plat
<br />and final Planned unit Development plan approval at
<br />2400 North Dale street be continued to the regular
<br />City Council meeting of September 23, 1991. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Tom Kane's
<br />Application for On Sale and Special Sunday Liquor
<br />Licenses at 2100 North Snelling Avenue be approved,
<br />with the condition that the licenses be issued only
<br />upon receipt of the Liquor Liability Insurance Certi-
<br />ficate and proof of Workers' Compensation Insurance.

<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Ordinance 1101,
<br />repealing section 7.430 of the Roseville city Code,
<br />Transitional Uses in Residential Districts, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas,
<br />Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that a proclamation
<br />proclaiming October 13 - October 19, 1991 as Recycling
<br />Awareness Week, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.
