Fairview Avenue, be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, <br />Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that a public hearing <br />be established for the regular City Council meeting of <br />October 28, 1991, for the purpose of considering <br />Franklin Tan's Application for On Sale Wine License at <br />1885 W. Perimeter Drive. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, <br />Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: <br /> <br />Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, <br />None. <br /> <br />HEARINGS <br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Duffy Development <br />Company's request for approval of a general concept <br />PUD plan, rezoning, and utility easement vacations at <br />2231 Rice street be continued to the regular city <br />Council meeting of October 28, 1991. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that the Glen Mischke/ <br />strick Trailer request for a three year interim use <br />permit at 1920 W. County Road C be approved, with the <br />condition that additional landscaping be added to the <br />front subject to staff review and approval. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, and <br />Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that united Trailer <br />Leasing's request for a two year interim use permit at <br />2507 Walnut street be approved in accordance with the <br />application and plans submitted. The Council urges the <br />applicant to voluntarily install additional landscaping <br />during the second year of the permit. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and Rog.
