<br />1. That Rottlund Homes pay a park dedication fee
<br />equal to $400 per unit on the residential portion
<br />of the project prior to issuance of building per-
<br />mits, and that Concordia School dedicates 1.4
<br />acres of land or meets its park dedication
<br />requirements in another manner acceptable to the
<br />city.
<br />
<br />2. That final drainage, utilities, and street design
<br />be approved by city staff.
<br />
<br />3. That a PUD agreement be executed with the city.

<br />modifying the redevelopment project area and Indus-
<br />trial Development District No. 1 plan, be adopted.

<br />authorized to enter into an agreement with Firstar

<br />Fuddruckers request for sign height, size, and setback
<br />variances at 2740 Snelling Avenue be continued to the
<br />regular City council meeting of October 28, 1991.

<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Robert Seeger/
<br />Norwest Corporation request for a sign setback
<br />variance at 1717 Lexington Avenue be continued to the
<br />regular City council meeting of October 28, 1991.
