That additional evergreen plantings be provided <br />along both Walnut street and Terminal Road, sub- <br />ject to staff approval. <br /> <br />2. Nays: None. <br /> <br />ROLAND <br />GISVOLD <br /> <br />F-5 <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that David Gorde's <br />request for division of platted lot at 970 W. County <br />Road B be approved with the following condition: <br /> <br />DAVID GORDE <br /> <br />1. That all required utility assessments be paid. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and Rog. Nays: <br /> <br />Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, <br />None. <br /> <br />F-6 Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Clutch and CLUTCH AND <br />Transmission's request for parking setback variance at TRANSMISSION <br />2785 Long Lake Road be approved with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That additional landscaping be provided to meet <br />the City design standards. <br /> <br />2. That lighting on the front parking lot, either <br />existing or new, satisfy City design standards. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and Rog.
