Roseville city council Minutes October 28, 1991 Page 3 C-2 Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Ordinance 1103, ORDINANCE Calibre Ridge Partnership's request to rezone the 1103 property from R-1 to PUD at 2231 Rice street be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Ordinance 1104, ORDINANCE Calibre Ridge partnership's request to rezone the 1104 property from R-3A to PUD at 2231 Rice street be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the general con- cept plan of Calibre Ridge Partnership at 2231 Rice street be approved with the following conditions: 1. That the construction and provision of parking spaces, landscaping, trail system, and play areas, as required by the PUD ordinance, proceed at the same rate as the construction of the town house units themselves if the project is to be con- structed in phases. 2. That details of the proposed monument signs be provided as part of the final plat. 3. That site lighting details be provided for review. 4. That egress windows be provided in living room areas. 5. That all furnace stacks be located in chimney chases if provided. 6. That there be a single garbage collector for the total project. 7. That the applicants satisfy the city staff concern- ing proper snowplowing and snow removal on the site. 8. That the development be constructed per plans sub- mitted and presented at the October 28, 1991 city Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: and Rog. Nays: Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, None. D.
