F-1 F-2 F-3 REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Robert Seeger/ Norwest Corporation request for sign setback variance at 1717 Lexington Avenue, be approved with the follow- ing conditions: 1. That new signage not exceed 100 square feet on the north face and 100 square feet on the south face of the building. 2. That no additional signage, whether in the form of a pylon sign or additional wall signage be allowed for the building, other than small directional signs unless revisions to the code are made in the future that would make such a request reasonable. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS H-I Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8721, RESOLUTION relating to the Ramsey County Library located in Rose- 8721 ville, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None. K. K-1 ATTEST: Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8720, regarding county-Wide Economic Development Planning, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson, Cush- man, Maschka, and Rog. Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that the bid for curb- side collection of recyclables be awarded to Super Cycle in the amount of $1.98 per household per month for 9,700 households, with the City of Roseville to receive one-third of the revenues from the sale of all materials collected.
