<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL

<br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />A-I Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of MINUTES
<br />the regular meeting of December 9, 1991 be approved.

<br />Johnson. Nays: None. Abstain: P. Johnson, because
<br />she was not a Council Member at that time.
