<br />C-2 Thomas moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the Jade, Inc. JADE, INC.
<br />request for special Use Permit at 2441 North Fairview
<br />Avenue be continued to the regular city Council meeting
<br />of January 27, 1992. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
<br />Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />C-3 Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that Thomas Willmus' THOMAS
<br />request for special Use Permit for an administrative WILLMUS
<br />office for a car leasing and rental agency at 2480
<br />Cleveland Avenue North be approved with the following
<br />conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That there be no cleaning or maintenance of
<br />vehicles on the site.
<br />
<br />2. That the maximum number of lease/rental vehicles
<br />on the site be limited to fifty (50).
<br />
<br />3. That there be no storage of trailers or two wheel
<br />dollies on the site.
