Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the members of <br />the Volunteer Commissions who have not served the <br />maximum number of terms be certified as eligible for <br />reappointment, and staff be authorized to publicize <br />the vacancy on the Parks and Recreation Commission in <br />local newspapers. That Calibre Ridge Partnership pay park dedication <br />fees equal to $400 per unit prior to the issuance <br />of building permits. <br /> <br />2. That final drainage, utilities, and street design <br />be approved by city staff. <br /> <br />3. That utility easements be dedicated in accordance <br />with the approved plan. <br /> <br />4. That a PUD Agreement be executed with the city. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, and Vern <br />Johnson. Nays: None. Abstain: P.
