<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the standing
<br />Rules of Procedure for 1992 be continued to the
<br />regular city Council meeting of January 27, 1992.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, Maschka,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the members of
<br />the Volunteer Commissions who have not served the
<br />maximum number of terms be certified as eligible for
<br />reappointment, and staff be authorized to publicize
<br />the vacancy on the Parks and Recreation Commission in
<br />local newspapers. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
<br />Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the city of
<br />Roseville request for variances at 1620 and 1629
<br />Terrace Drive be continued to the regular City Council
<br />meeting of January 27, 1992. Roll Call, Ayes: P.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Graphic House
<br />Inc. request for withdrawal of a variance request for
<br />sign setback at 1820 North Lexington Avenue be
<br />approved. ROll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, Cush-
<br />man, Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />F-3 Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that the Calibre Ridge CALIBRE RIDGE
<br />Partnership request for final PUD plan approval at PARTNERSHIP
<br />2231 Rice street be approved with the following condi-
<br />tions:
<br />
<br />1. That Calibre Ridge Partnership pay park dedication
<br />fees equal to $400 per unit prior to the issuance
<br />of building permits.
<br />
<br />2. That final drainage, utilities, and street design
<br />be approved by city staff.
<br />
<br />3. That utility easements be dedicated in accordance
<br />with the approved plan.
<br />
<br />4. That a PUD Agreement be executed with the city.
<br />
