Nays: None. <br /> <br />Designation of authorized persons to endorse, trans- <br />fer, sell, purchase, and deliver securities on behalf <br />of the City was withdrawn from the agenda at this <br />time. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that Resolution 8737, <br />designation of official depositories for City funds, <br />be adopted. Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that the following REVISION OF <br />revisions of the City of Roseville's Sexual Harassment SEXUAL HARASS- <br />Policy be approved: MENT POLICY <br /> <br />1. Page 2, next to last paragraph. To read as follows: <br />All supervisors are required to report to the City <br />Manager any actions they witness which meet the <br />above definition of sexual harassment. <br /> <br />2. Page 3, last paragraph of section titled Investi- <br />gation of Sexual Harassment Complaints. To read <br />as follows: An employee shall not retaliate in any <br />way against the person making the complaint of <br />sexual harassment, witnesses, or any other person <br />connected with the investigation of the complaint <br />of sexual harassment. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: P.
