<br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that the ranking
<br />order in the proposed resolution, supporting submittal
<br />of the Roseville Park and Recreation Play Surface and
<br />Twin City Housing Development Corporation (Calibre
<br />Ridge) project for Community Development Block Grant
<br />funding, be reversed as follows: 1. Calibre Ridge
<br />project, Twin cities Housing Development; 2. Park
<br />and Recreation Handicapped Accessible Safe Areas.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas and Cushman. Nays: P. John-
<br />son, Maschka, and V. Johnson. Motion failed.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution
<br />8746, supporting submittal of the Roseville Park and
<br />Recreation Play Surface and Twin city Housing
<br />Development Corporation (Calibre Ridge) project, for
<br />Community Development Block Grant funding, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, Maschka,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />supporting submittal of Marion and Brittany Apartments
<br />rehabilitation project for HUD Home Funding, be
<br />adopted. Roll call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman,
<br />Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that staff be
<br />authorized to formulate and enter into Development
<br />Agreements on the respective apartment projects listed
<br />above. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman,
<br />Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
