<br />8749, establishing the Council public hearings for a 8749
<br />special meeting of the City Council on February 25,
<br />1992 for Projects P-90-02 and ST-90-11, Neighborhood
<br />19; P-92-02 and ST-92-12, Neighborhood 72; P-92-02 and
<br />ST-92-13, Neighborhood 73; and P-92-02 and ST-92-14,
<br />Neighborhood 74, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P.

<br />scheduled Council work sessions of Tuesday, February

<br />Monday, February 3, and Wednesday, March 11, respec-
<br />tively, beginning at 7:30 a.m. Roll Call, Ayes: P.

<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8750,
<br />in appreciation to Christina Proft, st. Paul winter
<br />Carnival Queen of Snows, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
