<br />street, be continued to the regular City Council
<br />meeting of April 27, 1992. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas,

<br />Fuddrucker's request for sign height variance at 2740
<br />Snelling Avenue North be continued to the regular city

<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded that Franklin Ho's
<br />request for rezoning from R-1 to R-2 at 1935 Cleveland
<br />Avenue North be continued to the regular City Council
<br />meeting of March 23, 1992. Receipt of a petition in
<br />opposition to Mr. Ho's request, signed by thirty-five
<br />residents, was accepted by the Council. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />8759, ordering Project P-92-02-2, Neighborhood 2,
<br />street reconstruction for Troseth Road, County Road
<br />C-2 to Old Highway 8, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson.

<br />ST-92-11, street reconstruction and storm sewer for
